Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe for my dog? Could it hit or hurt them?

🐾 Linda answers:
Good question, and I'm glad you asked. FetchMatic has controlled-launch sensors and a safety distance designed precisely to avoid any scares. I supervise every launch from my strategic position — with the dignity that characterizes me — and I can confirm: zero incidents. Max, on the other hand, is the one who leaps in without thinking, but that's on him, not the machine.

Does it work with any dog size or ball size?

🐾 Max answers:
YES YES YES! I'm big and clumsy and Linda is tiny and elegant, and it works great for both of us. You can adjust the distance and launch angle, so it doesn't matter if you're a giant puppy like me or a mini champ like Linda. The balls are the perfect size, not too big, not too small. Stubborn enthusiasm guaranteed at any size!

How long does the battery last and how do you charge it?

🐾 Linda answers:
Now this is something I'm strict about: it charges by USB (fast, no fuss) and gives you several full play sessions on a single charge. Enough to tire out even someone with Max's endless energy. Personally, two throws are already plenty to leave me satisfied.

Is it hard to set up? Can I leave it playing alone?

🐾 Max answers:
Nothing, nothing at all! My human took it out of the box, pressed one button, and that was it — it was already launching balls like crazy! You can leave it in automatic mode so it plays on its own for a while — perfect for when they have to work and I've got a lot, A LOT, of pent-up energy. Linda calls that "outsourcing the entertainment," I call it MAGIC.

FetchMatic — The Game That Never Gets Tired

🐾 What Máx says
Monday morning, the doorbell rang and I already knew who it was: MIKE! I bolted for the door before my human even got there to open it — tail wagging at full power, full welcome greeting (I'm still learning not to knock people over from excitement, I'm 11 months old, give me time).

Mike always smells like other dogs' treats from around town

And I know deep down he keeps one in his pocket for us. Today it was Linda's turn for that privilege, though I also got my ear scratches before he left. As soon as Mike left, my human opened the box. Inside was this. A little green tower with a strange hole.

I accidentally pressed something with my paw and a ball shot out of that slot.

I've been running non-stop for a good while now (I'm young, but even I have limits), so when I see Linda arrive, I take the chance to hand off the baton. She, who is tiny but has more character than anyone in this house, gets down to business — fetching the ball and returning it to the machine, delighted with her job as "official receptionist", while I catch my breath lying next to her

⚙️ FetchMatic in detail

This compact automatic launcher takes playtime to another level: select the distance (3, 6, or 9 meters) based on the space you have at home, and let the infrared sensor take care of reloading the ball every 10 seconds, without you having to lift a finger.

Ideal for:

  • ✔️ Dogs with lots of energy who need to burn it off, even when you can't
  • ✔️ Rainy days or work-from-home days, when going for a walk isn't an option
  • ✔️ Keeping your dog mentally active with repetitive play
  • ✔️ Homes with more than one dog — taking turns, the play lasts twice as long
